3. Important steps for daily maintenance : Every month, people have to arrange people to check whether the sensors can still work normally. Don’t call the alarm if they are really wet, which will be a big trouble; every six months, the shells of those controllers must be opened (of course, when the power is off, safety is the first priority!) to see if there is any moisture or dust in it. If so, clean it up quickly; every year, a comprehensive, simulated flood conditions test is carried out to see if the entire system responds quickly and accurately, and if there are any steps that have been forgotten or have problems.

Answer: It must be more expensive than ordinary ones. After all, it uses a lot of materials and other materials (special), and the workmanship is more complicated! However, it is very cost-effective in the long run. If the flood really breaks the ordinary BAS, it will be both costly and time-consuming to repair. The losses caused by the failure to start the work for a long time are even greater, so this money still has to be spent!

Answer: It cannot be said so absolutely. Although it is very powerful and can greatly reduce the flooded risk, if you really encounter a super invincible flood that is rare in a century, and the water level is so high that it breaks through the upper limit setting, it may still be a little problem.
